Welcome!

My wife and I have been traveling casually for over a decade.  Recently we decided that we wanted to share our real world experiences at resorts, travel agencies, excursions, etc… with other vacation travelers.

We’re big fans of the site tripadvisor.com but wanted a larger forum where we could post in depth reviews and share pictures with other travelers who might be going to the same places we’ve recently visited.  We don’t own a Yacht or travel to destinations frequented by the rich and famous.  We’re just average folks with the good fortune to be able to travel a few times a year.  We’re always looking for the best value in vacation travel, and our reviews will always address the “bang for the buck” factor.

So here it is – LC Travels.  We will blog about our adventures here a few times a year with the hopes that we might help at least a few people make an informed decision about where to go on their next trip.  We’d love to hear from you, so please use the comment system to communicate with us or to add your 2 cents to a recent review.
